Sound Bath
60 Minutes
These grounding meditations will "bathe" you in sound waves produced by crystal or Himalayan singing bowls along with various other instruments creating a sound journey which will bring you to a place of deep relaxation and self connection.
Yoga | Yin
60 Minutes
Teaches us to slow down and relax while increasing flexibility and mobility, reducing stress, anxiety, and opening the fascia to promote circulation.
Grand Sound Bath
90 Minutes
These sessions include both crystal and Himalayan singing bowls and are longer in duration than our standard sound baths.
Yoga Nidra
60 Minutes
"Yogic Sleep" is an ancient practice for total physical, mental and emotional relaxation. We will use body scanning techniques to go deep into ourselves in that space between waking and sleep. This practice can give you a feeling of internal peace and rejuvenation.
Guided Meditations

An invitation for you to join others in meditation enhanced by gentle sounds, all are welcome

Yoga | Restorative
60 Minutes
This slow and grounded practice uses props to support the body while on the mat. Unlike more active styles of Yoga, participants may transition in and out of 3-5 poses which are held from 5 to 20 minutes. Restorative yoga provides balance to the physical body with the space for silence and meditation to rest and let go.

Cacao Ceremony with Sound
Participants will share in this ancient gathering and enjoy a cup of freshly brewed hot cacao made from the beans of the Theobroma Cacao tree where chocolate gets its start.
Chakra Tea with Sound Bath
Participants will select a tea that aligns with one of the seven Chakras or energy centers in our bodies to enjoy followed by a sound bath.
Moon Ceremonies
Celebrations durning various moon phases or seasonal changes throughout the year.

Sound Bath
50 Minutes $90
During these one on one service, crystal singing bowls and other instruments are placed around the body to immerse you in the nurturing elements of sound.
Vibrational Sound Experience
50 Minutes $115
This one on one service uses therapeutic singing bowls and other instruments placed on or around the body to create a combination of tones and vibrations that produce a state of tranquility and act as a massage for the nervous system.
Couples Sound Bath
50 Minutes $140
This experience allows you to experience a Private Sound Bath with the company of your partner or friend.
Tuning Fork Vibrational Experience
30 Minutes $45
During these services, tuning forks are placed near the body allowing their pitch to balance the nervous system and etheric fields, induce relaxation, reduce stress and enhance energy levels.
Reiki Sessions

50 Minutes $60
Reiki is a traditional Japanese healing art that offers stress reduction and deep relaxation that helps physical, mental and emotional levels.

Before coming to class...
We recommend a few preparations to assure you receive the maximum benefits of our sessions. Please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the beginning of the session as late arrivals will not be admitted. Suggested dress is comfortable clothing, (no perfumes please), and hydrate with plenty of water before and after your session. Electronic devices must be set to off or vibrate. Come ready to breathe deeply and receive.
